I want to know the changes in indoor air quality of cars during run. I have read few articles which reports a temporary drop in cabin pressure, CO2 level etc. While constant speed the car attains equilibrium with air exchange rate with out door and indoor conditions maintained.
Fellow researchers pl give some more light on this topic.

The change of indoor air quality depends on the outdoor air quality, the application of an air filter (e.g. HEPA filter), the air inlet flow velocity and the indoor air pollution, evoked by passengers (e.g. smoking passengers). There are diffenent air quality measures. Exemplary, the particle number (e.g. PM 2.5) can serve as a value for quality measurement of outdoor and indoor air. In cities with significant air pollution (e.g. Beijing), there is a measureable decrease of indoor particle concentration after closing the doors and windows and starting a car ride. Precondition is the application of a inlet air filter.

The factors temperature, humidity and CO2 level are related to: outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, intensity of sun radiation (combined with solar altitude, weather, glass surfaces and colour of the car), the heat transfer through the walls, the air flow through the car (as a function of the vehicle speed, the inlet air and outstreaming air openings), and in-car related aspects, like number and transpiration of passengers. The climate system has a main effect on the equilibrium in the cabin because of regulation of temperature and humidity. This can be considered as impact on the air inflow.
