Can you please refer any paper or forward your ideas that what are the challenges could evolve while operationalizing the equity and justice dimensions for sustainability?
I would recommend looking at the detailed description of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) if you haven't already. https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/topics/sustainabledevelopmentgoals
They provide targets and guidelines in response to 17 sustainability challenges. Many people will recognise the pictures as they are popping everywhere, but few actually know the details for each goal. For equity and justice, you can read the targets under the 10th and 16th SDGs: 10. Reduced inequalities, and 16. Peace and justice.
Equity, justice and sustainability are issues that are often not associated, especially in medium and large companies. Transparency in the management of activities and transparency in the reporting of results achieved, and the creation of clear criteria for the participation of all workers and the encouragement of the presentation of ideas is always interesting. What should not be done and associate for the worker the situation that this will only be well accepted if you always have good ideas. Not everyone has good ideas, but many are those who strive hard to make their work better. Justice enters into the unequal treatment of unequal people. Equity is due to the proportional treatment of what is expected of the workers.
