I am currently researching on Ti6Al4V (aerospace applications based) by SLS. Can anyone one suggest me the constraints and challenges to be faced in the same? and also the remedies for those challenges.
As of my knowledge machining Titanium alloy is difficult in case of turning it requires special process please check my current project as my project is similar to your research

There are several challenges. first of all the oxidation of titanium powder with the oxygen that you need to unitize the inner gas during your process and the second one optimization of the laser parameters including power scan speed and so on.

SLM has been used to produce part from titanium so you should be able to do that by utilizing the inert gas.
