What are the books/lectures/courses to study reinforcement learning framework, artificial general Intelligence and machine automation?

I wish to learn the basics as well as advanced knowledge about the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence and machine automation.

I am starting from scratch, not much basics except the interest to learn. Please guide me through.
