I want to know the types of soil having and requires bioflora concentration for proper growth of plants or vegetation or classify or requirement of biopopulation for particular soil.

It depends upon type of soil, type of vegetation, organic matter stock and storage of plant unavailable nutrients besides the other soil parameters like soil pH, moisture content, salt content etc. In general, the least bioflora was observed in Aridisol ( fungi 1000, bacteria 10000, actinomycetes 1000) on an average per gram soil. The more bioflora in the surface layer was observed under alluvial soils and forest soils ( normally 105 fungi, 106-108 bacteria and 104-105 actinomycetes per gram soil.
The requirement of bioflora for optimum growth mainly depends on the crop you are growing and nutrient transformation needed from unavailable plant nutrients as well as input you are putting in the particular period beside the environmental factors like, rainfall, temperature etc.
