The field testing requires experts in the field of instructional design and online learning or faculty with experience in designing instruction for multicultural learners in higher education institutions. Becalo, I used a contact person at a major university to locate my field testers. The person was a prior Capella classmate. She identified the expert reviewers in the instructional design specialization and gave my interview guide to them for review. There should be a template to follow from the school of education, so you gather their credentials. I am in a crucial place in my dissertation. I have to write my literature review, conduct my interview sessions, transcriptions, member checking and complete my software analysis by mid-April. I will need to have my last two chapters written by the end of April. My seven-year deadline is May 31, 2017. I wish I could stop to help you; I need to keep working. Good luck, Sandy
