I'm currently working on making simulation software on Antireflection Coating and i want to know softwares which i can use in order to prove my simulations.
I have already compiled many graphs and data from different papers, but i want to know if there are softwares out there which can accurately simulate Solar Cells, specially Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells with added doping, thin films, etc.

TCAD Simulation of Solar Cells
It is important to predict the device operation by TCAD simulations prior to fabrication. TCAD modeling and simulation plays a vital role to develop new solar cell structures and predict their performance under various operating conditions. The goal of this section is to clarify the importance of using process and device simulators in the simulation of the solar cells. A novel npn solar cell structure, is used as case study [7]. Firstly, a qualitative analysis is carried out for the proposed solar cell structure. Then, the qualitative analysis is quantitatively verified using SILVACO device simulator [8]. In the quantitative analysis, firstly, an explanation for how to construct the solar cell structure using SILVACO process simulator Athena is presented. Secondly, the electrical and optical performance parameters are presented by using the output from SILVACO device simulator Atlas. Finally, the npn structure performance is simulated for different emitter sidewall

I think "COMSOL" is good for you, this is very strong in simulating semi conductors and I did my BSc project using it.
this is for many years ago and I am not sure, maybe better software is now available.
