Stigma seems to be a ocular topic in RG, however, I am having trouble finding the right keywords in order to locate research on stigma as it relates to individuals who are both consumers and providers of mental health.

Maybe you should first look for stigma experienced by mentat health professionals and then work towards, internalized stigma.

Yes, Mary O Hagan was the first MH Commissioner in NZ - her work is very informative. Has her own website now I think.
indeed, Mary's earlier work with the Commission did look at professionals' stigma and discrimination against people with mental illness, also capturing the service users' voice powerfully

I think you are talking about 'courtesy stigma' or 'stigma by association'. So I would try those as search terms. Which is a bit different from self-stigma. For self-stigma I think the Corrigan and Rao article is a good clear account: CanJPsychiatry 2012:57(8):464^69.
