I think it is very hard to say or suggest. The field is still emerging and various nano structures are still being published. I can suggest you to go for "Review" papers on the corresponding topics.
As Avishek points out, it's such a new area at the moment to recommend books. I have done my best to outline a few books and papers I have found helpful. I hope you find them useful. My research interests are associated with biosensing, but the documents cover nanomaterials and nanostructures. I'm sure you would find plenty of review papers if you search online.
'Applications of Nanomaterials in Sensors and Diagnostics'
'Prospects of Nanomaterials in Biosensors'
'Recent advances in nanotechnology applied to biosensors'
I would suggest you not to limit yourself to text books. There are excellent video lectures available online. One of the most famous lecture series is Prof. Supriyo Dutta's 'Fundamentals of Nanoelectronics' which is available in the following link:
Nanotechnology is using the nanomaterials in the modern applications and devices. I agree with Dr. Avishek Das where the field of nanostructural materials and their application is still emerging. So, I suggest you to read first in the field of determining the crystal structures, using X-ray diffraction to determine the material structures and modern scanning instruments. I suggest to begin with X-ray diffraction.
The attached paper my help you in your study. They concerned with using XRD - LPA to determine the nanostructure of some semiconducting materials.
