A user, Richard Lewis, proposes as basic principles of the quantum mechanics (QM), the following:

- wave / particle duality

- the uncertainty principle

- the correspondence principle

- quantum superposition?

- the exclusion principle

I suggest additional principles:

- the quantum objects are described by states belonging to Hilbert spaces and obey the algebra of the Hilbert spaces,

- in order to calculate amplitudes of probabilities for results of experiments, one uses the Born rule

- the reduction principle formulated by von Neumann

A few questions appear:

1. Are these postulates mutually independent two by two?

2. Are there more postulates?
