What are the average concentration of hormones especially estradiol in fetal bovine serum?

We have been using 10% FBS (Gibco) + MEM/F12 media for the study related with effect of estradiol in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell proliferation. Now, the charcoal stripped FBS concept is confusing me for the work ive already done with the normal one. So,

1. I was wondering if I could get information related to FBS composition in regard to hormones (esp. estradiol)

2. Since estradiol is very unstable itself and we use heat inactivated serum, I was wondering if it does eliminate the hormones during heat inactivation process or not?
