I have been struggling to understand what defines 'Quality of a Faculty'. The starting point is quality being defined as 'fitness for intended use'. The customers could be student, industry or society. Within this educational system, Faculty is a resource. In addition, the educational system could focus on under-graduate, post-graduate or research. So how can we define quality of a Faculty?
