Up to me this is the normal structure of a micro-mesoprous material. Micropores can be within the mesopores or maybe more rare, the pores are separeted in space. But micropores inside the mesopores is a normal structure.
How can You meassure that the micropores are inside the mesopores? That is more interesting.
actually, I don't measure it and I don't know that is there any methods for determination of the micropores position or not. as regards the method and raw materials that are used for synthesis, we can guess the location of the micropores (for example see Fig. 4.10. and the its description). but we can determine a lot of beneficial information of microporous structure by N2 Absorption-Desorption isotherms.
