In Bio-Signals and Systems we are introduced with quite a number of Biosignals, but what are some classification methods for those signals? Is using CNN one of the classification methods for biomedical signals?

This article describes a method you can adapt:
-accumulate comparison of long model versus short model, detect time transition
-accumulate comparison of zoom model with landscape model, detect space pattern
With these you have semantically consistent and homogeneous regions in signal, and classification can be done cleanly
