I need real-time values from vehicle like speed, RPM, fuel usage, break pedal position, current gear and throttle pedal use obtained via OBD-II. I have found Parameter IDs for most of them but could not find break pedal position or anything related to breaking, current gear and fuel usage. Could You provide me with information on how to obtain these values via OBD, or where should I look for information about that. I am working on Opel Astra H 2004 but am also interested in other models.

Re: braking, gear, 'fuel usage': you have to understand the OBD is intended only to cover "exhausr gas relevant features". Braking and gear shift are clearly considered not relevant. Maybe you can get access to the vehicle diagnosis documentation: beyond OBD (which mainly covers the engine (aka motor) control unit there are additional control units as well as other diagnostic procedures that would allow to read information beyond OBD.

According to Wikipedia (from which I started ;) ) there are additional PIDs specific for manufacturer that are not included in standard, that is why they are not on the list. In my car I can display for instance current fuel usage so it exists somewhere in car net and I just need to get access to it. Problem is I don't know how to find information about OBD "channels" that contain such data. I am mostly interested in breaks as they are essential to my project
What exactly do you mean by "fuel usage" ? Fuel rate? I think I saw some data related to this on the OBD page.
Regarding manufacturer (OEM) specific PIDs: as it is, this is highly OEM-specific and information is typically only available from the OEM or from some service manual. Eventually you can contact you local repair shop.
Beyond ODB, there are 'KWP' or 'UDSÄ diagnostic protocols that allow for much more diagnosis. But these are also OEM specific (though some communalities exist).
Re "... can display ...": there is a lot of information available on a cyclic basis the vehicle bus(es) - CAN and/or others. But it will be difficult to get documentation about this if not from the OEM. Getting the gear information would one of the easier things (though not exactly easy): logging the CAN data and looking for some bits that change depending on the current gear (and only the current gear) may be time-consuming but possible. But beyond that ...
