I have a 30 year old women with chronic localized dorsalgia without neurological or cardiovascular abnormalities. MRI showed haemangioma of the fifth and six dorsal vertebra without ather abnormalities. the patient is not relieved of his pain despite medical treatment (painkillers and NSAIDs). What other options can be provided?
