Hi Axel. Not sure what you mean by features (sounds like physical characteristics). Probably you mean features of their social lives? Their intelligence or behavior? Also habits is probably not the word. If you just mean things that they do or engage in on a regular basis, then you have curiosity, creative problem solving (including some evidence of mental problem solving), political maneuvering (e.g., alliances, deception, targeted helping & cooperation). There is evidence that apes of all species engage in intentional, goal-oriented communication. Other shared features include representational learning and the use of symbols, imitative and social learning (which are precursors to developing culture). I'm sure there many more aspects of great ape's learning processes, social behavior, and general nature that I'm not thinking of off the top of my head. Perhaps if you could be more specific as to what exactly you are looking for others can be of more help.
