I work for a training organization specializing in executive professional education for civilians and military. We are looking for methods to assess, measure and evaluate what we do. What are methods that executive-level centers in universities use to justify their existence and the impact of their activities. I'm not just looking for metric-based approaches, but also those that assess impact. Grateful for your assistance.
