You probably find an article about your question but the most important rule to write a good review article is that you should be acquainted with that topic. Wish you luck.
It is important to have a piece of good knowledge of the topic! Another point is to be able to resume the principal ideas of each article (which means lots of reading).
Dear Dr Sawsan Ali . See the following useful link: https://authorservices.taylorandfrancis.com/publishing-your-research/writing-your-paper/how-to-write-review-article/

First of all, review articles need to be written by people who are really knowledgeable in the subject.
Too often these "assignments" are given to freshmen who, obviously, do not yet have the necessary familiarity with the subject, with the consequence of ruining the work of others.
Dear Sawsan Ali thanks for posting this important question which is certainly of great interest to many other RG members as well. As you have have already seen from the previous answers, useful guidelines for writing a review article are readily available on RG and on the general internet. Thus let me just try to give you some personal advice. For a young researcher it is generally advisable to publish as many original research papers as possible in order gain scientific reputation among the research community. For writing a good review article you must have a) an excellent overview of the field to be covered in the review, and b) you should have made significant contributions to the field yourself. If these two conditions are not fulfilled yet, you might perhaps come to the conclusion that the time is not ripe for writing a review article. Thus please think twice before making plans for a review article, because this is normally a very time-consuming project which might distract you from doing exciting new research. Please note that these thoughts are just based upon my personal experience.
Good luck with your work and best wishes, Frank Edelmann
