If what you need is data collection and management, I will advise you to use the ODK application. You can google on the use of the application.

Thanks team! Specifically after data management IT software (similar to REDCap) to manage the longitudinal data I am collecting for a cohort study of over 500 people. Ideally I need something that can also be easily integrated with R and STATA for inferential analysis.

Currently all my data is in excel files and it's starting to get burdensome!
