Hello every one...

Presently i am working on development of non-dispersive sensor for food quality parameters. I have calibrated the sensor using a pure sample (Standard) of that particular quality parameter at different concentration levels and recorded the light intensity value, slope value (from reaction kinetics) with respect to time (900 seconds).

With this data i would like to develop a mathematical model to predict the parameter concentration using above said inputs.

So kindly suggest which mathematical i should use for prediction apart from linear regression.
