Our intention is to perform the study counting with,  at least , one healthcare center of each continent ( North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania), using as parameter , the core components for infection control programmes from WHO, 2008 and a guideline of reference (Lancet Infect Dis 2015;

15: 212–24). The main question: Is it possible to apply all recommendations to all hospitals? Which recommendations could be adapted?
