In fact,@ I personally believe that research has to be oriented there but I can not get a tool or methodology to carry it out. I have contacted some tools like Brandwatch and others from IBM, but they are all paid and that makes research very difficult. On the other hand, I am trying to focus on something with computational linguistics or discourse analysis to be able to perceive through words, those expressions that allow to discover patterns in the interactivity of social networks. What contribution can you give me in this regard?
