It may be due to less thickness and voids in the prepared film. Increasing thickness may help. Other possibility is your contact may be touching back contact molybdenum.

Dear Erkan, we are using sputtering process from SnS2, Cu and ZnS targets at different power and then annealing in S ambient in furnace at high temperature.
