@EsamOsman Definitely we are looking at how ERP systems and Hospital management information systems can be designed for resource constrained contexts with fragmented ecosystem. I have interviewed stakeholders from India's public information infrastructure providers. I shall be looking at how regulators and institutions influence managerial strategy in a frugal innovation setting.
