Hi.. My name is Bratasena. I am Police Officer at Indonesian National Police. I am following scholarship for doctoral degree at Indonesian Police College.

I want to make Servant-Leadership research, and put it as dependent variable.

I want to relate it with Hofstede Cultural Dimensions and one of Kluckhohn and Strodtbeck dimension (human nature (good vs evil)). I have hypothesis that Police Officer which have evil orientation perspective to his/her sub-ordinate have low servant-leadership level, they will use their power to control and focus on punishment.

I need advise or suggestions, which book should I read if I want to understand this dimension (human nature (good vs evil))?

And, where can I get VOM (Value Orientation Method)?
