As per practicle experience in oncology studies Vitrogel (https://www.thewellbio.com/product/vitrogel-3d/) or Matrigel (https://www.corning.com/in/en/products/life-sciences/products/surfaces/matrigel-matrix.html) hold better poaition in actual experiment??

The results obtained using VitroGel and Matrigel are comparable though VitroGel may show better results in terms of tumor formation rate namely, the cell growth rate with certain cancer cell lines.
There are certain properties of VitroGel which makes it superior to Matrigel. VitroGel is a more user-friendly hydrogel solution with the operation setup and cells/compounds hydrogel mixture at room temperature. After its preparation, it maintains injectable status for hours at room temperature or at 37°C whereas Matrigel requires delicate cold temperature operation. By using VitroGel you will save on time as well as increase cost efficiency.
I prefer to use VitroGel as it requires less time, and it also reduces the operational error.
