I am trying to fabricate the CsPbI2Br-based inorganic PSC. I used the solution with a concentration of 1.2M following some papers, but I found that the viscosity of the solution is really high. The substrate is ITO/SnO2, and I did a 15min UV treatment before perovskite layer. Before I fabricated some MAPbI3 with the concentration and there is no issue for the spread of the solution, but for CsPbI2Br the solution is hard to spread. After spin-coating and annealing, the surface looks not flat with lines on the surface, and the perovskite film degraded quickly in air (fabrication is done in glovebox). May I ask if anyone met this issue before, or any suggestions for improvement? Thanks so much for the help!
