Previously I was using standard method and I am wondering if this vertical more reliable and give good results. I am concerned about agarose adhesion to glass and a possibility to its slip away from the glass when it is in vertical orientation.

I am planning on buying the vertical electrophoresis chamber as well. Did you end up buying it? If yes, I would really appreciate it if you can tell me if it works better than the horizontal set up.
