There is not an error derived from this low POTIM value. However, this small value could affect the iterations number to reach the minimum energy. You can find the information related with POTIM in the handson of vasp.

The lower the POTIM value the more accurate the integration will be. However, you will need more computational time to reach a certain simulation time.

It should not be a problem as mentioned above by others. Just check your POSCAR once to make sure its correct. I hope you have read this already just to make sure you are following the values given in this link:
