The value of the pixel in the original image is "116". After using histeq, the valve of this pixel is "0.2108" and after adapthisteq, the value is "0.5841". Do I want to know about two values in both cases that why one of bigger than the other?

The value of pixel in the original image is 116 --> I think your image is uint8 that's why the image is in the range of 0 - 255.
histeq normalizes the image so the image is "double" and the range is from 0 to 1. 0 represents black and 1 represents white. Histogram equalization takes into account the whole image, whereas adaptive histogram equalization divides the images into sub-regions and performs histogram equalization separately on each region, so the intensity value can be different for both these functions.
