You are not clear about what aspect of rewards systems you are interested in. Is it a measure of what rewards are available, or how people feel about those rewards. Some job satisfaction facets scales have measures relevant to rewards. Here's a few choices:

Other choices are the Job Descriptive Index that has subscales for Pay and Promotion, and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnnaire that has subscales for advancement, compensation, and recognition.

I am interested to know how people feel about the reward practices in the organization as it affects their decision to stay or leave the organization (Turnover Intention). Consequently, I would like to know the suitable and validated questionnaire with subscales such as pay, promotion, fringe benefits, recognition, career development and work environment.
