UV light can penetrate the glass bottles?

Thank you Dr Peter Kapusta.

We have tissue culture media bottle, if these bottles can exposed to UV light for 30 minutes, any scope for survival of contamination in side the bottle.

Please see the image. In this room I have arrange 4 feet UV tube lights. Weather these UV light is sufficient for killing of any microbes in the room and with in the bottle?

Please let me clarify my doubt.
