The term ‘aquaculture fisheries’ is, sometimes, used by some authors in scientific papers, reports and other documents, to denote the production that comes from aquaculture. Most of the people involved with the fish sector through research, teaching, development and others, however, use the two terms separately - 'aquaculture' - that is produced by human intervention in different systems and 'fisheries' that are grown naturally in the waterbodies and are captured. Therefore, if someone says 'aquaculture fisheries' then other term should be 'fisheries fisheries'. I guess, that would create more confusion. Please share your views on this.
If some one catch fish from natural environment we cannot use aquaculture as aquaculture involves environmental control procedures. However, I think there are two situations where you can use two Aquaculture fisheries. One is Culture based fisheries and second one is Capture based Aquaculture. In this two situations both aquaculture and fisheries are involved together.
Fisheries should refer to the fish that are captured from the wild. If you want to parse it, you can use a term we use in our work: aquaculture assisted fisheries (Tave et al. 2011. World Aquaculture 42(2):28-34, 67.). I have seen others use the term aquacuture based fisheries and it is the title of abook that Kai Lorenzen has written. I think both terms are valid. I think aquaculture based fisheries should refer to fish that are stocked in the wild for the sole purpose of being harvested. Aquaculture assisted fisheries should refer to a fish stock where the wild population is augmented by hatchery-produced fish, and the goal to to help produce a self-sustaining popualtion in the wild; these fish could also be harvested as a component of fisheries. Hope this doesn't add to the confusion!

You may find the Canadian approach of interest. Here we report on commercial (sea of freshwater) fisheries when reporting landings and aquaculture production when reporting landings from aquaculture. Here is a link you may find interesting

However, to my knowledge there is no requirement for any specific terminology, and the term fishry may be used either for wild fish capture or fish raised through aquaculture.

Il faut partir de la définition adéquate de la pêche.
La pêche est une activité dont le but est, le prélèvement d'une partie de la biomasse animale ou végétale dans le milieu aquatique naturel ou contrôlé. Ce milieu peut être continental ou marin. L'objectif poursuivi est la consommation de la capture ou sa commercialisation.
Dans cette définition nous avons parlé du milieu contrôlé qui est réservé au cadre d'activité aquacole. Ainsi par définition:
L 'aquaculture est à l'eau ce que l'agriculture est à la terre, c'est la gestion de l'environnement aquatique dans le but de la production de la biomasse animale ou végétale. L'objectif est pareil à celui de la pêche.
L' aquaculture se réalise en milieu contrôlé (élevage des animaux et culture des végétaux).
NB: Techniquement parlant, que ce soit dans le milieu naturel ou dans le milieu contrôlé aquatique, on pêche les animaux (poissons, crustacés et mollusques) et on récolte les végétaux (les algues)
