Using qPCR to detect tRNA expression level in gastric cancer cells?

Hi, everyone. I have a trouble here to request regarding using qPCR to detect tRNA expression level in gastric cancer cells. Otherwise, whether using northern blot to analysis RNA expression is rigorous and accurate.
