Hi,

From different links I got that Rox is used to normalize data from rtPCR depending on instrument type.

For example here

https://www.neb.com/faqs/2015/05/18/which-rox-should-i-use-for-my-qpcr-machine

It is shown that StepOne rtPCR system use Hi ROX concentration in master mix to normalize its results.

My questions ... If I used NO ROX kits and used the default normalization of the rtPCR system. Would it affect the results?

Thanks,
