if you are using the software of DSC , you will find different baselines provided through analysis. first, define your onset and end temperature (if you know the exact point of them). then you may select linear baseline to determine your specific heat capacity of your materials.

depending on what software you use to analyze the peaks, if possible, I normally use a tangential baseline on the left side (before the peak) extended to the center, and let it merge with and another tangential baseline to right side of the peak (after the peak). This is often referred to as a "sinusoidal baseline" as an available integration method for the peak area in some TA instruments softwares. You can do this manually also.
Muhammed... The change in the level of the baseline in DSC run is a normal and rather usual as a result of the difference in the starting and the product material resulted from the change. A typically accepted procedure is run your sample at a low heating rate to ensure neat DSC peak that may be easily evaluated (starting and end temperature) A tangent may be drawn to make the evaluation more accurate.
