I fund a questionnaire and I want to apply it in my study, this tool was used as pre-post test tool for intervention, but I already applied the intervention as elective for participants and now I have 2 groups one was attended and the other is not. Is it possible to use the tool for both and compare the results as a pre-post test.

If you did not collect equivalent data prior to your intervention, then you would have a post-test only design. This would be effective if you did an initial random assignment for your two groups, otherwise it would be interesting but limited data, due to the "threats to validity" described by Campbell and Stanley.
Many thanks David for your comment, currently I have mix group control and intervention group I will try to find some references about Post-test design.

Please take caution that you do not run into threat to validity through the 'maturation effect' associated with familiarity to the tool by the participants. It may require slight modification of the tool without changing what they measure.
