i implemented the algorithm in matlab function block of simulink. i modelled f() and G() in the simulink function block . in the code i accessed f() and g() by using calling function. sir as im using matlab function block of simulink i give it battery's voltage as input however this voltage is not used anywhere in the code. the graph are not correct. kindly help?

As I understood, the battery voltage is the input in process dynamics. So you have to mention during prediction step where you are calculating the prior state estimation. So I guess you have to mention input voltage where you are defining the function f(.). Probably, presently you are not taking into account the input in the plant model.
