Steel plates had been received with mill test certificates ( Carbon steel type A283 Gr C), subdivided/cut from identified/marked steel coiled products (markings were on only the top of the coils), at supplier workshop without transferring of the required individual identification marking, stenciling, or die stamping for each subdivided/cut steel plate. Would you please support me with evidence related to fabrication codes ( e.g. AWS) for action to be taken for the above mentioned material to be used where a client rejected this material?
