Any Self-Solution for this problem, Please ?

Logging in by default username, password in Empower 3 software window. But the error showing there as -
Database Connection Failed.
Oracle error: -1
The error occurring - ORA-01033: Oracle initialization or Shutdown in progress.

I tried almost every possible way at my end.
Restarted system, tried day after tommorow, disconnected and reconnected the system,
but same issue.
I think, i have to wait for engineer.

Copy all the data in a Hard disk and reset the window (Format the PC and Install window again) and install the Empower software (from the CD) and enjoy
