I am trying to design an ultra-high vacuum system. As shown in attached photos, it includes a turbo molecular pump and an ion pump . There is a Tee confined between two gate valves. I am not sure if the mentioned Tee can handle the baking process (24h, 150 Celsius degree) without any kind of distortion or collapsing. do I need to add a short bellows between two valves to have a mechanically stable and safe structure?

Assuming your T-piece/cross was fabricated by a standard vacuum component producer and your machine is not under extreme mechanical stress there won't be a problem with 150°C.
Just don't forget to cover the viewports while baking.
I principally agree with Jürgen Weippert . Howwever take into account the weight of the ion pump which may introduce stress into your system. I would suggest a robust frame to support the chamber and the torque on the central flanges of the "T". Good luck, Dirk
