UHARD/VUHARD (or UMAT/VUMAT) source code for abaqus to model metal plasticity with yield plateau?

I kindly ask you for any working UHARD/VUHARD or UMAT/VUMAT for Abaqus, to model mild carbon steel with yield plateau (elastic isotropic, plastic combined iso/kin).
