UGC care list discontinued?

If the list is discontinued how is the website https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in still active? and it says the new journalist will be updated in April ...... I got one of my article published in a group 1 journal in December of 2024 ..... How will I be affected?

Dear Zoyeb Mohamed Zia I think there was some delay between the time UGC decided to change their policy and the update of the website you indicated. They now changed the website https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/apps1/home/index

PS. Regarding your paper in the journal https://www.elafoundation.org/ela/ela-journal/ I estimate no real changes. the journal is (still) not indexed in Scopus or one of Clarivate's indices but is definitely not predatory and looks just fines a genuine and legit journal.
