I have SSR based data file in excel format for 26 genotypes having heterozygous alleles for some of genotypes. I want to go for dendrogram and geentic diversity analysis in R software. Can anyone suggest me the Data file format and structure of rows column for SSR based base pare data of genotypes.
Actually it depends on which package you are planning to use. And the data format is specified in the package manual.

You can use any package you like. For SSR data conversion, my favorite go to tool is GenAlEx (http://biology-assets.anu.edu.au/GenAlEx/Welcome.html), an excel add-on. Personally, I prefer poppr, but it was the most updated package 2 years ago, and nowadays there may be lots of other options. And you should convert molecular weight data to nucleotide length data (gene length), that way it makes more sense. But either way, it should be fine.
