I think this error might be due to the analysis has performed with respect to time increment similar to the load based analysis. In load based analysis the solution may not converge with exact if number of incremental load is lesser than the prescribed minimum. As you aware that during the analysis the unbalanced forces are carried forward to next iterations and this process will be continued until the solution to be converged. If the number of iterations defined for the analysis is insufficient then error can be noticed meaning that 100 iterations are required for getting solution converged but iterations used for the analysis is only 50 insufficient na. In the similar sense in your analysis the time increments prescribed for the analysis is not sufficient. I request you to check number of time increments used for the analysis if it is less you can increase the increments. If suppose the time used for the analysis 7 days increase it to more. better you assign more days means use larger than the required minimum. required minimum is not knowing in the initial stage so better assign higher value. ok all the best..
