I am facing an unconfortable situation which stopped activities in our laboratory.

In the mainpass position I clearly observed the proper flow rate through the injection valve from the pump to metering device instead of the pump to column. In the bypass position the flow rate is from the pump to column directly.

So, there is an inversion of the direction of flow of the mobile phase in the injection valve.
