Moves=Only registers if a fly enters a beam AND exits another

Counts=registers each time a fly enters a beam

Which one of these would you recommend for monitoring the circadian rhythm/activity and why? Would you record different settings?

Also, for the resolution: Would you recommend using the setting "Beam" (outputs 16 rows of data at each reading, with each row containing the individual Move/Count/Latency beam data for 2 adjacent tubes.)? Why/Why not?
