I hope this message finds you well. I am a Moroccan Ph.D. student currently working on the adsorption of organic molecules on surfaces. I am utilizing Transiesta for some transport calculations. I successfully prepared the electrode and obtained the output file, TSHS. However, upon copying it to the scattering file and preparing the scattering.fdf. I encountered an error during the scattering calculation (Electrode position does not exist). I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
