Thank you so far, but 2dm ist not a raster format. But i want to transform it to raster or vector or any format I can work with in GIS.

I have a 2dm-file and 4 dat-files (Pegel, Q_Strg, Schub_max, WSPL_max). The Screenshot shows how it looks like in QGIS.

They look like a shapefile, I think you just need to use one of the tools to transform polylines or points into a raster. But what I'm not sure if the software recognize this as a shapefile and how to transform it.

You should use ArcGIS to work on your data. I presume you want to transform the shapefiles to raster format. You should use feater to raster tool provided in ArcToolbox. It will convert your data to raster.
